Working with a wide range of longstanding customers in multiple challenging sectors - many of whom maintain sites across the UK and internationally - Natilik focus on cultivating strong relationships with technology partners who can support this in terms of both added value and managed solutions, particularly in the carrier market. In particular, with a well-established set of values deeply ingrained in their company DNA, Natilik ensures that any organisations they partner with reflect this in everything they do.

Driven by the onset of COVID-19 in 2020, the increasing drive for hybrid approaches, large-scale digital transformation, and bespoke solutions has made such partnerships even more essential. Rather than purely transactional relationships with their technology providers, the forward-thinking organisations who successfully weathered the challenges of 2020 are increasingly keen to streamline and consolidate their IT ecosystems, optimising flexibility, cost control, and the potential for future growth. The partnership between Natilik and EXPO.e began with the alignment of teams at both organisations - including technical sales engineers and presales teams - ensuring client expectations were understood and effective channels of communication were established. With this foundation in place, both teams were well-placed to collaborate closely on a wide range of customer projects - an approach that continues to evolve. A dedicated account team at EXPO.e typically becomes involved at the outset of each project, reviewing the desired outcomes, and considering how best to fulfil them. The results are always fully bespoke to each customer's requirements, ranging from streamlined, transactional deployments that emphasise rapid, efficient, and secure rollouts, to cutting-edge hybrid models that make full use of the available service portfolio. This approach has since been extended to RFPs, ensuring this flexible methodology is utilised consistently and effectively throughout every stage of the customer journey - from the initial point of contact, through to the launch day and ongoing support.

This level of trust, communication, and collaboration has allowed Natilik to make full use of EXPO.e's evolving service portfolio, including its self-owned Layer 2 VPLS Network, and early adoption of emerging technologies. This proved essential throughout 2020 and the move to widespread hybrid working, when companies across the UK accelerated their long-term Cloud transformation plans and embraced relatively new technologies, such as SD-WAN.

With an increasing number of organisations adopting a more strategic, long-term view of their IT infrastructure, and requiring rapid, holistic transformation, rather than the deployment of individual solutions, the streamlined, collaborative approach developed by Natilik and EXPO.e is transforming the way we think about digital transformation and accelerating our journey to the new way of working.
